Volume 1 of the Higurashi Character Albums hurts my brain. Rena singing "egao HAPPY PEACE RAINBOWS BUTTERFLIES", and then randomly screaming "I'm sorry, I'm sorryyyy" and "USODA!" in a horrifically terrified voice while the bouncy poppy kindergarten rainbow music plays is just...WUT?

I hope the Shmion one doesn't suck this bad. I like Yukino-san's singing voice from her work on character albums for anime like Hina and Inuyasha, but hopefully the arrangement won't be so fucking trippy and designed for Kindergarten kids on blow.
